Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.
Processing & Fulfillment Times
- Orders are processed and shipped within one business day (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- We strive to fulfill orders promptly, but processing times may be affected by high order volumes during holidays or promotional events.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship all orders via USPS and offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Free Shipping on Orders Over $47
All shipping times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order

- If you don’t receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order shipping, please reach out to us.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking shows your package as "delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If your package is still missing, contact us for assistance.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email support@joyorganics.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you.
